The 5 most important questions to ask in People Management – Part 3

Proper People Management is one of the most crucial skills any founder or manager of some kind should have. Being successful here, is the precondition to being successful as a business. But of course, that is easier said than done. To reduce the complexity of proper People Management, I defined 5 questions you should ask yourself. If your answer to any of these 5 questions is any less than 100%, then you have got some serious work to do. 

The third question is: What % of all your team members is working on 100% capacity according to his/her capabilities? 

This question is about the individual effectiveness of your colleagues and team members. Both competences and expertise are important, of course. But to train personnel is essential too. Just think of how weekly training in any sports team is considered to be normal as well. Though in some companies, team members haven’t had any training for the last 12 months. How can you expect excellent results with such limited training? 

Ask yourself when was the last time your team members had any training. And what about yourself? Training is a good thing, as for team members and for yourself.
