Because of its service-oriented position, Lantech has been able to build up a loyal clientele. VC&C has been responsible for structural value realization, and one of the ways in which it does this, is by designing a strategic blueprint which focuses on qualitative growth and strengthening the proposition and sales, besides investor/shareholder. As part of the value realization, a new strategic investor (TIIN Buy-out & Growth Fund B.V.) has come on board (October 2009) that can successfully take Lantech into the next growth phase. VC&C is shareholder and represented in the Advisory Board to actively support Lantech with her international growth ambitions. |
