A clear focus

In only a few years, VC&C has built up an impressive portfolio of holdings in high-tech ICT firms with good prospects.
Investors, shareholders and management benefit from our know-how, efforts and entrepreneurship. We are, of course, always interested in new innovative holdings.

VC&C focuses on three themes within the ICT sector:

  • Software (SaaS)
  • Managed Services
  • Webservices
The firms within the target group can either be growth firms or companies with more maturity. In the last category, we support IT firms in which a management buy out (MBO) is a possible scenario or IT firms seeking new management through a management buy in (MBI).

The growth firms on which we are focusing in the Benelux are:

  • innovative technology firms with 10 to 40 fte
  • which have the ambition and the business model for growth
  • which have a committed management team that wants to and is able to cooperate
  • with third parties and that is prepared to change
  • which have their own technology that is readily scalable and genuinely distinctive
  • which have had paying customers for some time
Our core activities do not include seed and start-up financing.

Additionally, we can offer a highly attractive proposition to new associates who want to play an effective part as (interim) professional and interim manager in the upside potential of the challenging projects on which we are working.
