Aldebert Wiersinga, likewise co-founder and Managing Partner, has worked in IT since the end of the 1980s and as an entrepreneur since 1999. In the last few years, he worked as Managing Partner of Centior, among others, where he was responsible for Strategy, Marketing and Finance. (Centior has since been absorbed into Avensus). In the years before that he was, among other things, the Managing Partner and founder of (IC)trust, an 'Intellectual Capitalist' which builds innovative companies. At Boer & Croon Management Consultants he was responsible for strategy, marketing and management of fast-growing and innovative technology firms. And at the Telecom & Services division of Cap Gemini he worked as Managing Consultant and, in that capacity, was responsible for setting up and managing a consultancy department in the field of Operations Support Systems for Telecom operators. Aldebert considers it very important to take responsibility for the result, and, for him, the way to achieve that is to establish a correct balance between thinking and doing.
