Since 1992 Marcel Lepelaar has filled various commercial, consultancy and management roles in ICT, including at RAET and GTI. There he was ultimately responsible for various complex ICT projects in the infrastructure sphere and devised management techniques.
In 1999 he started the management organization Centior Services BV, which focused on Microsoft and Citrix technology. Later he also assumed ultimate responsibility for the entire Centior organization. Over a number of years Centior developed into a very profitable company, with a successful takeover by Avensus in 2005 as the high point. Marcel then supervised the integration of Centior into Avensus and now puts his knowledge, experience and energy into VC&C holdings.
